West Town and Near West Side Single Family Home Prices Show Largest Increase in Price Since 2000
/According to a new study by the Institute for Housing Studies at DePaul University, Single Family Home Prices in West Town and the Near West Side have Increased a whopping 159% since 2000 - the largest price increase of any other neighborhood in Chicago. Coming in second is the Logan Square / Avondale area that showed single family home prices have increased 156% since 2000.
