About the West Town Food Truck Social

The West Town Food Truck Social is produced by the West Town Chamber of Commerce. The West Town Food Truck Social will feature 15 Food Trucks and music by Permanent Records. Pair your foodie delights with seasonal autumn beers like Blue Moon Pumpkin Ale and Leinenkugel's Oktoberfest. Use the hashtag #WESTTOWNFTS to spread the word!

The West Town Art Walk is produced by West Town business owners with the goal to celebrate the artists that live and work in the West Town neighborhood community area.

The West Town Art Walk will happen within shops along Chicago Avenue (between Milwaukee Ave and Hoyne Ave) and Ashland Avenue (between Chicago Ave and Division St).

Things to See and Do During the West Town Art Walk

  • Art in the Park in Eckhart Park (family friendly events happening on Saturday, October 1 from 1pm to 4pm, including live performances by ChiME (Chicago Center for Music Education).
    The fences along Eckhart Park will feature Live Art Making curated by Joshua Gilley.

  • An Art Car Show will be featured on Chicago Ave between Paulina and Wood, and chalk drawing activities will be available throughout the district. Specific retailers will host beer tastings, and if you visit at least 15 spots on the map you are qualified to enter the West Town Art Walk raffle!
