60 new apartments are now under construction at the new Centrum Wicker Park building at 1664 W Division St in Chicago. The units are planned to become available for move-in October 1, 2016.

The new apartments for rent at Centrum Wicker Park will be a mix of convertible studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units with "sleek, modern interiors" and "top of the line finishes" with floor to ceiling windows, energy efficient appliances and lighting, designer Italian cabinetry, grey-tone plank flooring, and pearl quartz countertops in the kitchen & bath. 

The units will be between 573 square feet and 1289 square feet in size.
